DURING YOUR STAY

• Check-in 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out 11:00 a.m.

• If your departure time is not respected there will be a 35% penalty on the cost of your room.

• As a preventive measure, we will not be offering housekeeping services unless requested.

• Please do not remove towels from room for pool usage 

• You may come and go as you please. However, please keep in mind that quiet hours are from 11:00pm until 7:00am. 

• If you were to consume alcohol, we ask that you please respect our other guests while inside our amenities.

• This hotel is a place of rest and relaxation, please save us the trouble of reprimanding or asking you to leave the property without a refund.

• Damage or loss of room objects will incur a cost that must be paid by guest under the reservation.

 

*Upon arrival, a security deposit of $2,000 MXN is required (Credit Card: Visa/Mastercard) which will be reimbursed upon checkout as long as no damages have occurred in the room, and you will see it reflected on your card statement within 72 hours , depending on your bank.

• Hairstylists and makeup artists are prohibited and are not allowed in rooms. (Ask for the cost of beauty salon service in reception)

• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES(A $150 dlls fee will be charged if a pet is found)

• Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the facilities (In this case a $150 dlls fee will be charged)

We remind you that we are in a rural area, so we are subject to weather changes and exposed to insects typical of the field. We try to prevent the presence of insects by constantly fumigating seasonal pests, however, we are not always able to eradicate them. Sometimes electrical failures occur, which we cannot remedy immediately; Likewise, the pumps with which we extract the water from our deep wells can fail. All our collaborators do their best to keep this place clean and functional, therefore, we ask you, in the most attentive way, to notify us of any problem that you detect in our facilities, in order to serve you better. Finally, we ask you to support us in keeping this place clean and we ask for your understanding in any inconvenience that may arise.
