​​CANCELLATION POLICY

At Rancho María Teresa, we want to ensure that you have a pleasant experience with no surprises. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before making your reservation.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted via email. To request a cancellation, please send your reservation number, full name, phone number, and the email address used for booking toreservacion.ranchomariateresa@gmail.com

  • 100% Refund: If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of confirming your payment, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • 70% Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your arrival date will receive a 70% refund of the total booking amount.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will not be refunded.

  • Early Departure or No Show: If you choose to leave earlier than planned (early departure) or do not show up at the hotel (no show), it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued.

RESERVATION CHANGES

  • All changes will only be accepted via e-mail (e-mail must include reservation number, name, phone number, and the e-mail used to make the reservation).

  • If you would like to make a change in reservation date, a 25% surcharge will be added to the total cost and changes must be made no less than 48 hours before arrival date.

  • If you test positive for COVID you may send the test results up to 12 hours before your arrival and must be conducted by an accredited laboratory (home test not valid)
